Our Legacy
Founded by Shri Meesala Subbanna, a respected leader and educational visionary, MLAS Degree College was born out of a mission to bring quality education to rural youth. Shri Subbanna’s contributions to public service and education include his leadership in the Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee and his role as President of Kusuma Haranadh Educational Society.

Our Leadership Board
A respected educationist and public servant, Shri Meesala Subbanna is the visionary founder of M.L.A.S. Degree College. With a B.Sc. Degree and over four decades of experience in political, educational, and social service roles, he has been instrumental in uplifting rural education in Narsipatnam. He has served in several key leadership positions within the Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee and was nominated as Director of B.H.P.V. Ltd. nominated by the President of India. He is also the President of Kusuma Haranadh Educational Society and Correspondent of Sri Raviteja Junior College. His enduring commitment to community development continues to shape the values and direction of M.L.A.S. Degree College.
